PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA) TO DIRECTORS
Job summary
A local machinery company in Miri, Malaysia, is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to provide support to the Director and assist with company events. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Personal Assistant and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This role offers a fully remote work option and contributes to the company's expansion in marketing, sales, and support of heavy machinery and equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Personal Assistant is essential.
- Must be fluent in multiple languages.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the Director.
- Organize meetings and prepare necessary material.
- Assist in company events such as openings and launches.
- Apply for licenses and monitor their compliance.
- Plan management calendar and distribute it to Directors and HODs.
Skills
- 1. To be responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to the Director in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office and division.
- 2. To organize and attend quarter & monthly meetings and ensure the material is well prepared.
- 3. To assist company event including branches opening, launching event & etc.
- 4. To apply license with authority (whenever required), monitor and review all the licenses.
- 5. To plan for Yearly Management Calendar for meeting, budget setting etc. and send to all Directors & HODs once confirmed.
