Job summary
A leading talent solutions company is seeking a Production Chemist cum WIM Supervisor to oversee operations in offshore production systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in offshore environments, with expertise in water injection systems and ISO 17025 standards. Strong analytical and supervisory skills are essential for this role.

- Oversee and support the operation and maintenance of offshore production systems related to the water injection system.
- Perform production chemistry tasks, including sampling, analysis, monitoring, and reporting to support operational integrity.
- Supervise water injection management activities to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Ensure all laboratory activities comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, test records, and quality control processes in an accredited laboratory environment.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to resolve chemistry and water injection related issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to operational personnel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining offshore production systems, particularly water injection systems.
- At least 2 years of experience working in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
- Completed formal ISO 17025 training (Understanding MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 elements).
- Strong analytical, supervisory, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in offshore environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
