Nora Ana Jewelry (NAJ) is an emerging jewelry brand in Malaysia, dedicated to creating timeless and sophisticated designs available on Shopee, our official website, and through pop-up events. We operate from a home-based office in Shah Alam, supported by a small, creative, and passionate team.

We are seeking a Sales & Admin Assistant to aid in our daily online and offline operations. Your responsibilities will include managing emails and social media messages, assisting with Shopee and website product uploads, monitoring inventory levels, and helping with order packing. Additionally, you will create brief daily product videos and support at booths or events (including weekends).

Immediate availability is preferred.

Salary: RM1,700–RM2,000 (commensurate with experience)
Location: Home-based office, Shah Alam

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience in admin, e-commerce, or sales support are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Shopee Seller Centre, and Meta Business Suite.
• Social media–savvy and able to create simple product videos using your phone.
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work on weekends when we have booths or pop-up events.
• Must have own transportation (to attend booths or run errands when needed).
• Preferably based in or near Shah Alam.
• Can start immediately or within 2–4 weeks.
