Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage the company’s digital presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.).
- Design and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Content Creation & Management
- Oversee the creation of compelling content including posts, blogs, videos, and infographics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
Social Media Engagement
- Monitor and manage audience interactions, comments, and messages across all platforms to foster engagement.
- Identify and engage with industry influencers, partners, and key audiences to expand brand reach.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and increase ROI.
Brand Management & PR
- Enhance brand visibility through targeted media outreach, partnerships, and industry events.
- Develop marketing materials for investor relations, presentations, and internal communications.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with business development, investor relations, and executive teams.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing staff or interns, where applicable.
- Undertake any assignments as required by the Board of Directors and Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand strategy.
- Prior experience in finance, investment, or professional services industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Highly analytical and results-oriented with a strong understanding of digital trends.
