You will be responsible for driving financial clarity and supporting strategic decision-making at a critical growth stage. You’ll work closely with the founding team and cross-functional leaders to ensure our financial operations are accurate, compliant, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations: accounts, cash flow, and reconciliations

• Prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, and management reports

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external advisors

• Implement financial controls and process improvements

• Advise leadership on financial strategies and budgeting

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles (startup/tech environment is a plus)

• A Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA) qualification is preferred

• Working experience in any big 4 accounting firm is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation

• Hands-on, analytical, and proactive mindset

• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
