• Promote products or services to customers, explain product features and benefits, and answer customer queries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding stock requirements, damage, or discrepancies.
• Maintain records of daily sales and promotions, and submit reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information.
• Ensure customers receive high‑quality service and their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Establish a strong presence of DASHER branding and provide high quality services to customers.

• Good command of written and spoken English and 中文.
• Able to work 5 days a week, shift rotation.
• Assist customer enquiries and introduce our product to walk‑in customers.
• A bubbly, cheerful, and joy personality.
• Passion for smart home technology and electronics.

Do not worry! Everything starts with a training where your senior will guide you through our products information. After the onboard training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting the day‑one you hands‑on for approaching walk‑in customers, you're not doing this alone! He will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work‑related matters.

You also will be involved in various internal and sharing sessions about the latest market analysis and sales challenges. Plus, you are expected to play an active role in brainstorming sessions and decision‑making meetings.
