Job summary
A leading BPO and Technology Solutions provider is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Mandarin Speaker) to work from home. This role focuses on generating new sales leads through various channels and requires strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in technology solutions. The position offers a competitive salary of RM4,000, attractive commissions, and various benefits, including work-from-home flexibility.

- Conduct consultative conversations in Mandarin and English to identify client pain points.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with account executives and project leads to convert qualified prospects into active clients.
- Research and identify potential business opportunities within targeted industries.
- Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with clients to ensure engagement.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the platform, features, and value propositions.

Sales Development Representative (Mandarin Speaker) Work From Home
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field.
Certifications or training in Sales, CRM, or SaaS platforms will be an added advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in technology solutions, SaaS, or B2B sales preferred.
- Exposure to Mandarin‑speaking clients or markets will be highly valued.
