Overview of role
Hair care is P&G’s largest beauty category, and a key focus for growth. DigiProD (Digital Innovation for Product Design) is newly established platform to Enhance Hair Care R&D core diciplines' innovation capability by embracing digital transformation.
With a focus on two key areas, (1) Data Activation and Visualization, (2) Gen AI, we aim to optimize data utilization, visibility, and leverage machine learning to enhance decision-making for Product design, development and manufacturing.
We are inviting a digital leader, who can learn faster, create value, and effectively thrive in the digital age, to join us and lead the critical Digital JTBD (jobs to be done) across each R&D innovation spaces.
Your team
You will have the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge digital technologies in the industry, collaborate with a dedicated global digital capability team across EU/US/Asia, design and develop new digital tools, interview users from various disciplines to gather feedback to refine the design, and ultimately transform the R&D's way of innovating.
Qualifications
Skills required
· Fluent Digital Skills: Proficient in Python, LaTeX, MATLAB, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
· Data Activation Experience: Preferred experience in a corporate environment, including Power BI dashboard development and data model mapping.
· Industrial Design Thinking: Essential for digital tool UI/UX design and enhancement.
· CAD and UI/UX Design: Experience in CAD and UI/UX design is a plus.
· Basic Data Engineering Skills: Understanding of data structures and related concepts.
· Collaborative Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Capable of articulating problems and needs, and translating them into a digital action plan to develop effective solutions.
· Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to convey key ideas concisely and professionally.
· Growth Mindset: Demonstrates a can-do attitude and eagerness to engage in learning opportunities for personal and professional growth.
