  • Familiar with OEM & aftermarket sales models and customer procurement processes.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (advantage).

We’re now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our regional market expansion and strengthen our partnerships with key clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvement actions.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with key accounts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service.
  • Report market insights and sales performance to the Overseas Sales Director.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive-related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive parts sales, including 3+ years in regional management.
  • Strong market insight, business development, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with OEM & aftermarket sales models and customer procurement processes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and customer pain points.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (advantage).
