The primary mission of the Enrolment Sales Manager is to actively support and drive the overall success of the assigned Aureus centre. Working closely with the Head of Sales, this role is focusing in executing sales strategies and achieving sales target and revenue growth.
Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, enrolment, and lead-conversion targets, along with other growth-related goals set by management.
Mentor and develop team members through effective on-the-ground sales guidance to ensure they meet individual and team targets.
Revenue and Growth: Drive consistent enrolment and revenue performance.
LTH Threshold: Maintain LTH within the specified target range for sustainable growth.
