Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.30pm

Saturday: 8.00am – 1.00pm

Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, sales, accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Update and maintain e-commerce listings, pricing, and product information
  • Prepare basic reports for sales and administrative purposes
  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms when required
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management
