We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist (Daily) to replace our client's offices and provide essential receptionist and general administrative support on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. In addition, the Temporary Receptionist will assist with various administrative tasks to support the office staff.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with data entry and filing tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school / diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
