Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative & Office Support — Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, documentation, and record keeping. Prepare letters, reports, quotations, invoices, and other business documents. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars. Assist in maintaining office supplies and liaise with vendors and suppliers.
  • Accounts & Documentation Support — Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense records. Maintain proper filing of contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and project documents. Support audit, HR, and management documentation when required.
  • Coordination & Support — Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, project, and finance teams). Assist in project documentation and follow-up on approvals. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
