We are a second-generation family-owned machinery and repair company with over 37 years of experience, based in Malim Jaya, Melaka. As a growing SME, we are currently transforming from a traditional family business into a modern, professionally managed retail operation.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support our accounting team during this exciting growth phase.

Overview
Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily accounting data entry and documentation
  • Support Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) preparation
  • Assist with bank reconciliation
  • Prepare and organize monthly accounting documents
  • Support audit and tax preparation work
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
  • (On-the-job training will be provided.)
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • LCCI certificate holders are encouraged to apply
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Basic proficiency in Excel
  • Candidates familiar with accounting systems or AI tools will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Working Hours

5 days or 5.5 days a week
