Job summary

A manufacturing company located in Rawang, Malaysia is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage Account Receivables and perform essential office tasks. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 5 years of relevant experience, skilled in SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required to effectively communicate with clients and vendors. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Language proficiency: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Handle Account Receivable based on company settings.
• Perform basic office tasks like filling, data entry, and answering phones.
• Communicate with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
• Follow up on customer overdue payments and manage credit control.
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, and Bankers.
• Prepare year-end closing management accounts for audit purpose.
