Job Description
  • Providing support to the Accounting Department - Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Sales & Income/Full set of accounts
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or other relevant fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in SAP system, Microsoft Excel, or familiar with UBS and SQL or other accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
