Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all material-related tasks, demonstrating strong numerical awareness and accountability.
• Coordinate effectively with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely material flow.
• Utilize logical thinking and basic data analysis skills to identify issues and support problem-solving initiatives.
• Work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental objectives and optimize material planning and inventory management.
• Learn quickly and adapt to new systems, processes, and material specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in material control or warehouse management. Fresh graduates and internare welcome.
• Familiar with warehouse management and material control processes.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Able to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth material planning and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, promoting material standardization and efficiency.
• Manage inventory structure and safety stock levels, handle obsolete or excess materials, and improve inventory turnover.
