Highlights of What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage brand storefronts across major e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify), ensuring consistent brand representation and a coherent multi‑platform strategy
  • Develop and implement platform‑specific operational strategies to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets
  • Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes, tools, policies, and best practices, proactively adapting strategies to maintain and improve performance.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for differentiation
Merchandising, Pricing & Promotions
  • Ensure accurate pricing, product availability, stock levels, and promotional mechanics aligned with brand positioning and marketing strategy
  • Plan, execute, and optimize seasonal promotions, mega‑campaigns, and platform‑led events (e.g., Double 11, 618, 9.9, brand days)
  • Conduct A/B testing on pricing, visuals, product descriptions, and promotional mechanics to continuously improve conversion and engagement
  • Recommend product assortment and launch strategies based on consumer demand, platform trends, and performance insights
Content & Store Optimization
  • Optimize product listings across platforms, including titles, descriptions, images, videos, and enhanced content, to improve search ranking, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Ensure storefront layouts, navigation, and merchandising logic are optimized for the customer journey and platform behaviors
  • Collaborate closely with brand, creative, and content teams to maintain high‑quality, compliant, and performance‑driven store assets
Traffic & Growth Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, paid media, and social teams to drive qualified traffic to e‑commerce stores through coordinated campaigns and always‑on initiatives
  • Align e‑commerce promotions with broader brand marketing calendars and performance marketing strategies
  • Support the development of platform‑specific growth initiatives, including new traffic channels, live commerce, and social commerce features
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly e‑commerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion, customer behavior, and promotional ROI
  • Use platform analytics tools (e.g., Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Business Advisor, Tmall Data Bank) to derive actionable insights
  • Regularly analyze sales data, user behavior, and funnel performance to identify issues and recommend data‑driven improvement plans
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations for optimization, growth, and operational efficiency
Operations, Fulfilment & Compliance
  • Consider, evaluate, and advise on fulfilment models (e.g., platform fulfilment, third‑party logistics, cross‑border models) in collaboration with supply chain and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with platform rules, local policies, and applicable import/export regulations across markets
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of e‑commerce operations
What You’ll Bring Along
  • Minimum 5+ years of e‑commerce experience, with at least 2-3 years in an e‑commerce team management role
  • Strong hands‑on experience operating major e‑commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, and TikTok Shop
  • Experience in health products, cosmetics, personal care, fashion, apparel, or similar consumer categories is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to operate in high‑frequency sales environments with strong execution, planning, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions
  • Excellent operational, organizational, and coordination skills
  • High adaptability and resilience in fast‑paced, dynamic e‑commerce environments
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, particularly with marketing, supply chain, and creative teams
Language & Communication
  • Proficient in English (speaking, writing, and reading) at a professional level
  • Additional regional language capabilities are considered a strong asset, particularly Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, Japanese, and/or Korean
  • Prior experience working with or communicating across international and overseas stakeholders is preferred
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PPT
