Job summary

Department: Power Facilities Department

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of power equipment and facilities, reviewing and supervising the implementation of power equipment maintenance plans.
• Establish a power automatic control system, supervise the operation and management of the power automatic control system to ensure its safety, stability and reliability.
• Supervise and inspect the maintenance progress and quality of power systems, public equipment and facilities.
• Formulate DCC documents, technical documents and maintenance manuals for the managed power equipment, and continuously improve the power equipment maintenance documents.
• Formulate and arrange the implementation of power equipment improvement plans, propose power equipment transformation and upgrading plans, and be responsible for organizing the introduction of new power equipment, related technical upgrading, and fixed asset management of power equipment, etc.
• Continuously improve power systems and facilities to enhance the performance of power systems and reduce operating costs.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leaders temporarily.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above; able to read English materials, write English documents and conduct basic English communication; nationality of relevant Southeast Asian countries.
• Industry experience: More than 5 years of working experience in factory power equipment maintenance, mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance, infrastructure projects, etc., more than 3 years of working experience in the operation and management of factory power systems, experience in managing new construction or expansion projects, and experience in the photovoltaic cell industry is preferred.
• Project experience: Need to have more than one year of project experience in photovoltaic cell work in Southeast Asia.
• Skill experience: Proficient in the installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment, master heating, ventilation and air compression, understand air separation, water treatment, special gas chemicals and civil engineering; have rich experience in the maintenance and management of factory power system equipment and facilities. Possess certain management, communication, teamwork and planning abilities, and be familiar with office software and related engineering software.
• Able to accept business trips for projects in various Asian countries.
