Responsibilities

• Receive quotations to update price lists and quotations.
• Follow up on purchase orders from customers.
• Monitor customer total deliveries through PO quantity updates.
• Check and acknowledge billing reports for various projects.
• Obtain plant reports for tonnage verification.
• Oversee monthly report checks for the plant.
• Manage staff overtime records.
• Issue credit and debit notes as needed.
• Verify tonnage shortages for credit or debit notes.
• Obtain customer acknowledgement for payment purposes.
• Approve purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Monitor weekly tonnage for volume rebates.
• Send invoices and statements to customers monthly.
• Prepare delivery orders and consignment notes.
• Manage stock and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare monthly manual delivery orders.
• File purchase orders and quotations appropriately.
• Prepare invoices for specific materials cyclically.
• Email invoices and statements temporarily.
• Prepare invoices for transportation types cyclically.
• Upload invoices into systems for payment.
