Responsibilities

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Receive quotation from Technical & Sales to update into price list excel & quotation file in system.
  • Receive & follow up PO from customer.
  • Update PO quantity in excel to monitor the customer total deliveries (for 3 cycle).
  • Check & acknowledge billing report for TBPP, T4 & M5 from TnB.
  • Get weighbridge off-take report from all the Plants to check the tonnage, running Consignment Note No and Truck No.
  • Check monthly report for JEV Plant.
  • Check JEP, M5 staff overtime record.
  • Issue Credit Note & Debit Note (for tonnage & location issue, rebate, prompt payment).
  • Get information from customer and pass to Logistic Department to verify if there is any tonnage shortage to issue Credit Note or Debit Note.
  • Acknowledge and CTC chop on the do for selected customer (for payment purpose).
  • Acknowledge MPO from ECRL customer & revert back to them through email daily.
  • Approving Purchase Order (PO) at ERP System.
  • Monitoring weekly tonnage for Hanson & Cemix (for volume rebate purpose).
  • Courier the Invoices & Statement of Account to all the customer before 10th of every month.
  • Prepare DO, seal and Consignment Note for all the plants.
  • Managing stock & prepare Inventory record.
  • Preparing monthly manual DO for JEV (2 booklets max).
  • Filling- PO and Quotation to each respective folder.
  • Preparing Fly Ash & Bottom Ash Invoices (for 3 cycle) (temporary only until year end).
  • Email Invoice & Statement of Account to all the customers (for 3 cycle) (Temporary tasks).
  • Preparing AGP tanker & tipper Invoices (for 3 cycle) (Temporary tasks).
  • Upload invoice into system for payment purpose into supplier portal,Sunway e-invoice,GEP Portal (for 3 cycle ) (Temporary tasks).
