Job summary
A leading HR company in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, support employees, and coordinate HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Human Resources and be proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. This role offers a salary range of RM 2500 - RM 4000.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Experience in HR or related Administrative Roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee queries regarding policies and benefits.
- Assist in performance management, employee evaluations, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Coordinate HR initiatives, events, and employee engagement activities.
