A leading digital solutions company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, and training development. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include executing recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and assisting in performance evaluations. Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary, and bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
Execute recruitment activities according to overseas business hiring plans, including evaluating recruitment channels, managing external vendors, organizing recruitment events (such as posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews), ensuring timely staffing, and performing weekly recruitment data analysis.
Handle matters related to signing, renewing, and terminating labor contracts; coordinate employee–employer relations; and resolve labor disputes.
Understand the Malaysian market’s compensation trends, assist in developing the compensation and benefits system, calculate employee salaries, social security, and provident fund contributions, and ensure timely disbursement.
Based on the Malaysian market situation and company business needs, assist HQ in designing appropriate performance evaluations and complete the PDCA cycle.
Develop training plans according to business needs, conduct onboarding training, assist with business training, evaluate training effectiveness, and promote employee growth.
Establish and maintain employee records to ensure information is complete, accurate, and secure.
Supervise the implementation of company HR policies and propose revisions based on actual circumstances.
Regularly collect and summarize information on Malaysian compensation levels, competitor companies, and business adjustments to provide references for the group’s further expansion.
Maintain regular relationships with schools, government agencies, and suppliers.
Handle other matters assigned by superiors.
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience; management experience preferred. Priority will be given to candidates with strong recruitment delivery capabilities.
Familiar with the six major HR modules (recruitment, training, compensation, performance, employee relations, HR planning) and labor laws/regulations.
Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficient in office software and HR management systems.
Strong stress tolerance and sense of responsibility; principled and willing to take ownership; eager to learn and adaptable; good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
Able to work bilingually in Chinese and English; proficiency in local Malaysian languages is an added advantage.
