A construction company located in Kota Kemuning is seeking an HR professional to manage diverse HR functions, including recruitment, policy development, and employee relations. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in HR Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of industrial relations and labor law. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential. The position requires individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Charter Built Sdn. Bhd. – Kota Kemuning, Selangor
Managing the full spectrum of Human Resources department, including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relation, Industrial Relation.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate the recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing and new employee on board procedures.
Prepare, administer and updating records of employment contracts, confirmation, employee movement and employee leaves.
Liaising with government bodies (eg. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN & CIDB).
Coordinate the entire performance appraisal systems of employees.
Provide HR relevant reports as and when required.
Support general office administrative tasks (office equipment & asset management, vehicle maintenance and repairs).
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in HR Management/Business Admin Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Construction field is preferred.
Have the knowledge of Industrial Relations practices, Labour Law and latest Government regulations.
Preferably have experience in using SQL Payroll system.
Organized, detail-oriented and able to work in high pressure and fast paced working environment.
Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both written and verbal as may be required to contact Mandarin speaking clients.
Willing to be based at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
Working Hour:- Monday to Friday : 9.00am - 5.30pm , Saturday (alternate) : 9.00am - 1.00pm
