The responsibilities of the Human Resources and Admin Executive include, but are not limited to, the following:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation, including personal files, attendance, leave, benefits, and other HR-related data.

Assist in the preparation and supervision of payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Support the planning, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits.

Coordinate and conduct the onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction/orientation sessions and exit interviews.

Assist in organizing and monitoring employee training and development programmes.

Foster positive employee relations and support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.

Assist in the performance evaluation process for employees, including providing input for hiring decisions, promotions, salary reviews, and increments.

Coordinate, schedule, and organize meetings, appointments, and company events as required.

Manage and maintain office assets, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-functioning work environment.

Undertake any other duties or assignments as may be required by the Company and/or supervisors from time to time.

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.

Minimum 2 years of Human Resources & Admin experience, preferably with hands-on experience in an HR generalist role.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
