Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, covering onboarding, induction, and learning management processes.
  • Coordinate the annual appraisal cycle: goal setting, mid‑year, year‑end reviews.
  • Provide guidance and arrange training programs to teams on best practices.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align objectives with business strategy.
  • Analyze performance data for trends, promotions, and improvements.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, including training plans, budgets, and hours.
  • Administer HRDF/HRDC training claims and compliance requirements.
  • Identify critical roles for succession planning.
  • Manage internship programs and spearhead campus recruitment initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Lead company events: annual dinner, townhall, CSR corporate social responsibility activities.
  • Maintain good relations with auditors, HRDC, CIDB, legal practitioners, and government agencies.
  • Ensure HR ISO compliance and SOPs documentation.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field.
  • Familiar with the Employment Act 1955 and local rulings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Chinese is highly preferred; multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
