A growing HR firm in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Junior HR Generalist to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and has strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers a salary range of MYR 2,800 – MYR 3,500 and is a great opportunity to grow in human resources.

SPCI HELM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Junior HR Generalist to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Salary range: MYR 2,800 – MYR 3,500 (Permanent/Contract).
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with job postings and advertisements.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and organizing orientation sessions.
- Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, including events, team-building sessions, and recognition programs.
- Handle employee feedback and assist with resolving minor workplace concerns.
- General Administration
- Respond to general HR inquiries from employees and managers.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks and perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
