Overview

The HR Manager is a strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for driving the full spectrum of Human Resource functions at the Company. This role ensures strong people operations, regulatory compliance, and an employee‑centric culture that aligns with and actively supports the company’s business strategies and growth plans.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage full‑spectrum HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations for Malaysia & Singapore.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and employee handbook, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations, including inquiries, conflicts and grievances professionally.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance skills and organisational capability.
  • Oversee office administration functions, including office maintenance, equipment procurement and vendor management.
  • Manage HR documentation, HRIS update and statutory reporting.
  • Support management in HR planning, manpower forecasting, and organizational development.
  • Support IT function.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manager role.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory regulations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in handling Singapore HR will be an added advantage.
