A consulting firm is looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to handle various responsibilities, including recruitment, HR administration, and staff insurance management. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Business Administration and have at least one year of experience in HR administration, preferably within an audit environment. MS Office proficiency is required. This position is based in Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur.
Assist in the recruitment process by handling all administrative tasks, including coordination, documentation, and onboarding support.
Perform HR administrative functions such as preparing staff ID cards and managing access cards, managing monthly staff claims, maintaining the leave system, preparing HR letters, and overseeing HR inventory records.
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and employee records with accuracy.
Manage staff insurance matters, including staff insurance card issuance and staff movement updates.
Handle firms professional certificate renewal.
Coordinate training and development activities, manage HRD documentation and maintain related records.
Handle employment contract stamp duty and issuance of employment-related documents.
Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and career fairs.
Maintain an organized and confidential HR filing system and ensure accurate data entry.
Provide administrative and operational support to other departments when required.
Candidate must possess or be currently pursuing a minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in HR administration, ideally within an audit or professional services environment.
Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Klang Lama.
