Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR/Admin professional to join SPR Microtech Sdn Bhd as an HR/Admin Manager. In this full‑time position based in Muar, Johor, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative functions for the organization.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure effective people management.
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, termination and etc.
  • Overseeing the administrative functions of the business, such as office management, facility maintenance, ISO management and procurement.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Providing HR advisory and support to managers and employees.
  • Driving HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Maintaining employee records and confidential information.
  • Monitoring and reporting on HR and administrative metrics.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR/Admin role, ideally within a manufacturing or technology environment.
  • Thorough understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR/payroll software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
