Job description

Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts. Conduct exit interviews and offboarding. Organize HR activities, programs and initiatives.

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.

Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal files, and leave management.

Prepare and manage HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and disciplinary actions.

Manage company belongings assigned to employees, such as uniform, name tag, medical card, etc.

Coordinate with panel clinics in administering medical claims and invoices in accordance with HR policies and procedures.

Prepare, update and maintain HR department's summary and periodic reports.

Ensure staff database and staff correspondence are properly updated and filing.

Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other benefits.

Liaise with relevant government bodies (i.e. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDF) regarding monthly statutory submission.

Responsible for workers' hostel / accommodation management & administration which includes but not limited to tenancy administration, house rules enforcement, maintenance, utilities bill administration, regular inspections, hygiene & cleanliness.

Perform any other relevant duties of the company as and when required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related functions.

Willingness to travel or work outstation as required.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
