The organization offers broad exposure to regional operations, specifically across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Myanmar.

Job Overview

Mandarin proficiency is a MUST to communicate with stakeholders in Taiwan and Hong Kong. The client is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead regional HR operations with a primary focus on vendor management and labor law compliance. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role involves overseeing HR activities across multiple APAC markets to ensure seamless talent acquisition and employee relations. The position requires a numbers‑sensitive mindset to analyze HR metrics, forecast trends, and mitigate risks within a fast‑paced telecommunications environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external HR partners in the Philippines, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore to ensure performance SLAs and cost‑effective service delivery.
  • Compliance & Strategy: Ensure strict adherence to local labor regulations in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines while developing tailored HR policies for talent mobility and performance management.
