Position Title: Short Video- Editing and Shooting

Tec-do Network (M) Sdn Bhd, established in 2023 and headquartered at Wisma Bangsar 8, Kuala Lumpur, is the Malaysian subsidiary of the global Tec-Do Group. We are a fast-growing digital marketing and content commerce company specializing in livestream operations, content creation, influencer marketing, and client project management. We leverage innovative content and data-driven technologies to support brand growth across Southeast Asia.

1. Responsible for the end-to-end production of e-commerce short videos, including pre-shooting planning, on-site execution (framing, camera movement, lighting), and post-production editing, color grading, sound effects, and subtitling.
2. Edit livestream content to create highlights, product explanation bloopers, and promotional/review short videos to enhance content dissemination and user engagement.
3. Manage the livestream and short video material library by organizing, categorizing, and archiving footage to ensure efficient retrieval.
4. Collaborate closely with the livestream operations team, hosts, and content planners to understand product selling points and campaign pacing, optimize video styles, and jointly improve livestream conversion rates and video views.
5. Stay updated on video trends in e-commerce and platform updates (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada), and adjust content formats promptly to maintain timeliness and competitiveness.

1. At least 1 year of experience in short video shooting and editing; experience in e-commerce, livestream, or product videos is preferred.
2. Proficient in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, with solid skills in short video camera movement and lighting control.
3. Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut, capable of independently completing the full video production process.
4. Familiar with the content logic and user preferences of e-commerce platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, and able to adapt creative styles to different platforms.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to accurately understand business needs and execute projects efficiently.
6. Responsible, resilient under pressure, and able to accommodate overtime during e-commerce peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday).
