• Conceptualize, script, and produce 5 original video concepts and scripts daily that align with our campaign goals and brand voice.
• Take ownership of the entire video production process: from brainstorming and scripting to shooting, editing, and subtitling.
• Create engaging, high-quality short-form videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads.
• Ensure each video aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and storytelling guidelines — a strong portfolio that shows your eye for detail and creativity is a must.
• Leverage creative tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and explore AI-based tools to enhance and streamline production workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members when necessary.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and platform dynamics, making sure all content is fresh, timely, and high-performing.

• Proven experience in video editing or content creation, preferably within e-commerce, digital marketing, or similar creative environments.
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to produce high-quality, on-brand content that grabs attention and tells compelling stories.
• Expertise in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and comfort with integrating AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and execute creative ideas with precision.
• A keen eye for trends and a deep understanding of the social media landscape.
• A collaborative mindset — you’re comfortable working in a team and mentoring others when needed.
