APAC HR Operations & Payroll Specialist

A dynamic international high-tech company is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support HR operations across the APAC region. The role focuses on payroll management, HR systems maintenance, and employee engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, and proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday. The position offers a hybrid working model, ensuring a healthy work-life balance and opportunities for personal growth.

Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, especially payroll.
- Experience with external benefits or training vendors is advantageous.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR procedures.
Responsabilités
- Process payroll accurately and timely under established procedures.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, SOX, and company policies.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
