A leading F&B brand is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions, support business growth, and ensure compliance with Malaysian laws. At Nasken Coffee, we’re building more than coffee - we’re building a people-driven F&B brand.We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide strategic leadership in people management, drive HR transformation, and partner with senior management to support our rapid expansion across Malaysia.
Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, industrial relations, training, and employee engagement across HQ, multiple outlets and companies under Nasken.
Act as the strategic HR partner to senior management in supporting business growth, organizational restructuring, and manpower planning.
Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDCorp) across all business units.
Drive the development and strengthening of HR structures, policies, systems, and governance to support rapid expansion.
Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and statutory submissions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
Review, design, and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals and company culture.
Provide leadership in employee relations and industrial relations matters, including disciplinary actions, misconduct cases, and dispute resolution.
Develop and execute structured learning, talent development, leadership, and succession planning initiatives.
Build, lead, and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial or Head of HR role.
Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labour regulations, and HRDCorp requirements.
Mandatory experience in the F&B or multi-outlet retail industry.
Proven track record in leading HR transformation, HR governance, and people strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Hands‑on experience in end-to-end payroll and statutory compliance.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.

Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to Kelantan, as the HQ is currently based in Kelantan.
