Job summary
A dynamic sales organization in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to manage sales records, assist in training new team members, and provide sales support. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly. Responsibilities include handling documentation, organizing materials, and facilitating smooth communication between departments. Weekend and public holiday availability may be required.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; additional language is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Responsibilities
- Handle documentation and maintain sales records.
- Manage marketing systems and address inquiries.
- Organize sales materials and ensure information is up to date.
- Assist in coordinating sales meetings and training new team members.
Skills
- Fluent in English. Additional language will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to standby on weekend and public holidays for sales support

- Organizing sales materials, pricing information, and ensuring sales information is up to date
- Assist in coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events
- Communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments, collaborating with these departments to ensure smooth sales processing, timely deliveries, and resolution of any issues that may arise
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members by providing them with necessary materials, systems access, and information about sales processes and procedures
- Make calls to get info/listing, arrange for appointment
