A leading insurance firm is seeking a Telemarketer to conduct outbound sales calls for General Insurance products. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing, with strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. The role is KPI-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets. Offers a normal work week, competitive pay including commission, and opportunities for career progression with structured training.
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell General Insurance products.
Focus on achieving daily and monthly sales targets and KPI metrics.
Manage leads provided by the company efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines in selling insurance products.
At least 2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in finance, banking, or insurance.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable in a target-driven, KPI-focused environment.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Proficient in multiple languages will have an advantage.
Normal working day (Mon - Fri) & hours (9AM - 6PM)
