Job description

We’re looking for a proactive Junior HR Business Partner to support our retail Business Units and deliver high‑quality HR services that drive engagement, performance, and culture. This role reports to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner and also supports full‑cycle recruitment needs for the assigned businesses.

What You’ll Do:
  • Execute HR programs, policies, and procedures to support employees and drive satisfaction
  • Support manpower planning and people budgeting for assigned Business Units
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to source, screen, interview, and onboard talent (retail & corporate roles)
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and agency stakeholders where needed
  • Ensure Performance Management processes run smoothly, fairly, and in line with Group guidelines
  • Assist with quarterly compensation reviews to maintain internal parity and compliance
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and welfare activities
  • Communicate and enforce HR policies; handle employee queries and provide guidance
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities — induction, exits, terminations, documentation & exit interviews
  • Handle escalated ER cases, grievances, and investigations in line with legal requirements
  • Respond to employee requests on letters, policies, career development, and personal matters
  • Contribute to improving HR policies, procedures, and systems to enable HR best practices
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 3–5 years HR experience in retail or fast‑paced environments (with hands‑on recruitment exposure)
