What you'll be doing

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programmes
• Administer payroll, benefits and leave management systems
• Provide HR advisory services to managers and employees on policies and procedures
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programmes to enhance employee experience
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
