  • Must be able to work onsite at Persiaran Segambut Tengah, Batu, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, 51200, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, providing guidance to employees and resolving any related issues.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, including collecting timesheet data, calculating wages and deductions, and generating payroll reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Support employee performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing assistance with performance improvement plans.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR records.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in HR systems.
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
