Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Administration Assistant to support our Asia Pacific head office operations remotely from Malaysia. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR processes and administrative functions across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Support
    • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews for recruitment in Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Australia and other countries.
    • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
    • Coordinate training and development programs.
    • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Manage correspondence and documentation for HR and office administration.
    • Organize virtual meetings and maintain calendars for regional leadership.
    • Prepare reports and presentations as required.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Cantonese will be an advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
