Job summary

A leading cloud IT infrastructure provider in Kulai is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Senior HR Executive. You will lead recruitment, manage industrial relations, and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, and is proficient in HRIS systems like Workday. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including manpower planning and onboarding.

  • Maintain knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee HR operations like performance management and employee engagement.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management in workforce planning.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including manpower planning, job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle all matters related to industrial relations, including disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, employee grievances.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee HR operations such as performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and training initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday and/or Flex HR system.
  • Strong capability in managing HR data, reports, and system‑driven HR processes.
