A leading technology services firm in Selangor is seeking a Senior HR & Admin Executive to manage human resources operations and contribute to exceptional data center services. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in IT or Engineering environments. Fluency in Mandarin is required. As a Senior HR & Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources operations, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Recruitment: Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract skilled talent.
Employee Engagement: Create initiatives to foster a positive work culture and implement retention programs.
Performance Management: Implement appraisal processes and support managers in addressing performance-related issues.
Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and create training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and ensure compliance with labor laws.
HR Administration: Manage HR data, assist with payroll, and handle administrative tasks.
Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
Office Administration: Oversee office operations, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in IT or Engineering environments.
Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is required. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills; knowledge of HR software systems.
Personality: Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to manage complex HR issues.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
