About the role

Fugro Malaysia Marine is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. This full-time role will play a key part in the overall HR operations and strategy of our growing organization.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding
  • Monthly payroll, medical / insurances updates information and billing with service provider
  • Deployment of HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Provide HR support to employees on a range of HR matters
  • Administration of HR-related systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
What we're looking for
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Min 5 years of experience in the relevant experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, with payroll knowledge
  • MNC working experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization
  • Meticulous, initiative, organized and team player.
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
