The incumbent shall oversee the development and design of certification curriculum with the mandate to drive continuous learning experience for IBFIM community of learners.
Oversee the development and design of certification curriculum to drive continuous learning experiences for IBFIM’s community of learners.
Manage the creation of multiple learning curricula, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of certification curriculum and recommend continuous improvements.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, industry associations, and regulators.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless integration of IBFIM propositions.
Lead and manage a team responsible for curriculum development, budget planning, and project delivery.
Engage with clients, speakers, and strategic partners to curate content and products.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the unit’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in special projects as assigned by the Director or senior management.
Qualifications:
Must possess at least a bachelor degree favourably in Islamic Finance and Banking, or related disciplines from university recognised by government of Malaysia;
Minimum ten (10) years of industry experience, among others in senior role concerning product development or in content creation capacity;
Membership or other equivalent professional qualification is favourable; and
Resourceful and independent individual with excellent communication and writing skills (Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must, Arabic is an added advantage).
