About the role

As a Sales Coordinator/Support at Vital Healthcare Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team in Kapar, Selangor. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the sales process to ensure efficient delivery of our healthcare solutions to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Manage and process customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all order details are correct.

Prepare quotations, sales agreements, invoices, delivery orders, and other related documents.

Liaise with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings and tracking targets.

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and generating reports

Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels.

Monitor delivery schedules, payment collection, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Compile and analyze sales data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to management.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative support role

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Prefer Mandarin Speaking. Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia."We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach

Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and best practices would be an advantage
