What Weâre Looking For

• Diploma or equivalent in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Landscape Design, or related fields
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic to intermediate)
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1-2 years draughtsman or draughtswoman experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Bahasa ; Mandarin skills is a plus but not required
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently, self-starter with proactive attitude
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow with a supportive team

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Draughtsperson proficient in AutoCAD to prepare and produce precise technical drawings for landscape construction projects. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with preference for candidates with 1-2 years of experience. Join our diverse and inclusive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate technical drawings for commercial landscape construction projects, including water features, planting layouts, paving, irrigation systems, and other landscape elements as well as mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Provide detailed component descriptions, including dimensions, materials, and necessary specifications.
• Review and analyse project specifications to ensure design compliance.
• Identify and resolve design issues promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of tender drawings.
• Participate in ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Interpret and work from architectsâ and engineersâ sketches and designs to produce clear and comprehensive draughting outputs.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project changes.
• Maintain organised documentation and filing of all project drawings and related materials.
• Support site teams with technical clarifications related to drawings as needed.
