Senior Executive, Business Development Admin
Objective
The organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Senior Business Development Admin Executive. The person will play a crucial role in supporting the business development efforts of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Prepare, review, and summarize tenancy agreements for retail outlets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- To monitor the renewal timeline as stipulated in the agreement, summarize the yearly renewal report, to prepare and serve renewal notice to the landlord on time.
- Utilities application: Monitor and track utilities applications and payments for all retail outlets, ensuring timely collection and accurate record-keeping. Coordinate with tenants and finance department to address any payment issues or concerns promptly. Oversee the payment of utility bills for retail outlets, ensuring prompt settlement and maintaining records of payments.
- Project Management: Work closely with Business Development, Design & Build, Operations, Marketing and Finance department to ensure respective projects or new outlet are delivered in timely and effective manners.
- Business operation support: Handle inter-department liaisons for matters pertaining to collection of deposits, outstanding payments, business license, insurance, and operations related matters.
- Liaison with the local authorities and coordination with developers or landlords, architects, consultant if necessary.
- Assist in analyzing and monitoring outlet sales and overall performance.
- Assist BDA Manager and AM to develop efficiency and effectiveness of all Team Members. Prepare monthly reports of BDA department progress and achievements.
- To assist in organizing and tidying the Master File and hardcopy documents filing with accurate and relevant information.
- To perform every other duties as assigned by superior or management to meet organizational needs.
Qualification and Experiences- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Able to read and analysis of Agreement terms and conditions.
- Good business writing skill, able to write business letter and minutes of meeting.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point.
