Corporate Finance Manager - FP&A on P&L, Controllership, and Cash Flow Forecasts

My client is a Global Shared Services Centre that is looking to hire a Corporate Finance Manager. The job scope is broken down into 3 aspects; Profit & Loss, Controllership, and Cash & Treasury.


Your new role

Profit & Loss

• Lead the monthly forecasting and planning processes, deliver timely and accurate financials (P&L, cash flow, etc), support ad hoc analysis, and leverage systems like SAP, BPC, and Power BI.

Controllership

• Ensure timely resolution of reconciliation issues to mitigate fraud and accounting errors.
• Coordinate accurate and timely financial closing with all relevant finance functions.
• Lead SOX compliance and internal control testing, ensuring timely remediation and compliance.

Cash & Treasury

• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly cash forecasts; analyze trends and collaborate cross-functionally to refine projections.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7-9 years of experience in a Global MNC with experience in FP&A, Profit & Loss, Controllership, and Cash Flow forecasting.
• Must be adept in SAP and BPC systems. Power BI is an added advantage.
• People management experience. Leading a team of 1 direct report.
