Job summary

A growing petroleum company in Shah Alam is seeking an HR Executive to manage the recruitment process, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, at least 2 years of experience, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to HR compliance and support managerial functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resources.
  • Familiar with HR processes per the Employment Act.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing and statutory contributions.

Job description

We are representing a company who specialize in petroleumand as they are expanding, they are looking for HR Executive to join the team in Shah Alam.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances
  • Handle monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Administer employee benefits programs and insurance coverage
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans
  • Ensure company HR practices comply with Malaysia Employment Act and other relevant labor laws
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database
  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documents (offer letters, confirmation, resignation, etc.)
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum a diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as Human Resources.
  • Familiar with the HR processes accordance to Employment Act.
  • Must be proactive and able to take initiative in handling HR matters.
  • Good communication skill in English and Mandarin - due to business nature.
