Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functions.
Handle incoming service inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring timely, professional, and customer-focused responses.
Accurately prepare and process sales documents, including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders (DO), and invoices, in accordance with company procedures and timelines.
Maintain a systematic and well-organized filing system for all sales-related documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping requirements.
Assist the Sales team with client follow-ups, particularly for outstanding payments, to support timely debt collection and maintain healthy receivables.
Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and sales team to ensure alignment and efficient order fulfillment.
Assist the receptionist with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence when required.
Perform other administrative or coordination tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the sales department.

Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written); the ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.
Displays a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being an effective team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We house a dedicated team of sales, technical support, and service engineers with a fully equipped training laboratory serving customers located in East & West Malaysia.
The Cold Chain Division started its operation in 2006 with its first project to replace an aged analogue centralized temperature monitoring system at the Blood Bank of University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) which is still today operating after 14 years. We’ve since then since grown to over 1500 installed sites across Malaysia which utilize our Real Time IoT systems, encompassing Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals, and major cold chain storage sites. Our team is currently playing fundamental role in COVID-19 Vaccine storage within Malaysia.
Our portfolio of cold chain solutions have grown in tandem with the experience gained from challenging demands from clients to include:
