Review store trading data to refine development plans and improve long-term outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Job Requirements: -

Proven experience in retail property development and management, with a strong focus on site selection, market analysis, and lease negotiation.

Advanced analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling, trade area surveys, and catchment analysis.

Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with experience driving cross-functional initiatives.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Ability to identify risks, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive business success.

The candidate must be able to work in AEON Headquarters office in AEON Taman Maluri, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
