Industry: Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy Services

Salary range: Starting from RM 4000, depending on related experience

Responsibilities :

1. Handle the full set of accounts.
2. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, etc.
3. Prepare monthly management account closing.
4. Manage and prepare cash flow reports.
5. Ensure all tasks meet submission deadlines.
6. Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements :

1. Possess at least SPM, LCCI, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma in Finance or Accountancy.
2. Familiar with AutoCount & UBS Accounting; proficient in MS Excel.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience handling full set accounts.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
