Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. The role involves handling accounts receivable and payable tasks, daily sales reporting, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (AR/AP): Assist in keying in invoices and knocking off payments.
  • Daily Retail Sales Reporting:
    • Collect daily sales data from all retail outlets.
    • Key in sales figures into the accounting software and Excel sales report.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data.
    • Follow up with retail teams for any missing or unclear information.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Assist with general accounting tasks and filing.
    • Provide support to the finance team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with retail teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Notes

Candidates with an earlier joining date will be prioritized.

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
